We are pleased to announce the start of a new project in partnership with our co-creation partners to streamline advertising placement. This initiative focuses on developing a new system designed to significantly reduce manual workload while maximizing advertising effectiveness.
Challenges Faced by Our Client and Project Background
Our client relies on Rakuten RMS, the user management system for Rakuten Marketplace merchants, to handle a wide range of tasks manually. Labor-intensive activities such as product management and advertising require significant effort. Planning and executing ad placements, especially during campaigns or coupon promotions, involve a high level of manual work. This often leads to wasted costs and missed opportunities due to the complexity of preparation and multiple considerations involved in advertising. As a result, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of advertising placement has become a critical priority.
System Features and Expected Benefits
The system under development will utilize data such as product order, keyword relevance, and access numbers to optimize ad placements by timing and location. By automating the advertising process, it will significantly reduce manual workload and minimize human errors. Following successful pilot tests, we have moved forward with full-scale development and are preparing for operational rollout after the system is launched.
