By utilizing digital technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence) and IoT (Internet of Things), we aim to strengthen relationships with customers and partners, promote business transformation and the creation of new businesses, and achieve corporate growth.

2. Strategies for Realization

2.1 DX Utilization Strategy 1: Efforts Toward Problem Solving and Solution Provision

Through data modeling, we analyze the client's business processes, outline the necessary data and desired outcomes, and create added value through digital transformation (DX).

Step-1 Formulating Current Issues and Desired State

Deeply analyze the needs and challenges of client resources, including customers, products/services, organization, and business processes, to formulate the desired outcomes to be achieved through digital transformation (DX).

Step-2 Data Modeling

We believe that redefining new business processes that reutilize existing data is key to business process transformation. Therefore, we perform data modeling early on to prepare for addressing challenges.

As-Is Data Modeling

Visualize how resources are used within the current business process as a data model.

To-Be Data Modeling

Redefine the ideal business process and data for resources such as customers, products, and organizations based on current issues.

Step-3 Digital Data

Based on data modeling, perform the following tasks

Data Design: Design sources, attributes, required fields, types, occurrence timing, and primary keys.

Data Shaping: Assess data integrity and shape data according to input rules.

Data Collection: Build a mechanism for efficiently and automatically collecting non-digital data and data from other systems.

Step-4 System Development to Utilize Digital Data

Build a system that processes collected digital data using AI models for visualization or control. Collaborate with the client and use an agile development approach to quickly iterate through cycles of hypothesis testing and learning, repeating the development cycle in a short time frame.

Step-5 Operation and In-House Development Support

Develop DX talent within the client organization to build a structure that enables autonomous and continuous execution of DX initiatives.

2.2 DX Utilization Strategy 2: Promoting Business Digitalization

Introduce digital tools and AI technology to enhance efficiency and quality in operations. This enables the digitization of operational content and time, facilitating monitoring and evaluation to drive DX from within.

The specific initiatives are as follows

Examine business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement through the introduction of digital technology.

With the introduction of digital technology, make changes or new definitions to business processes, and establish appropriate operational manuals and rules.

Regularly measure and evaluate the effects of digital technology implementation on business efficiency and quality improvement.

3. DX Promotion Structure

3.1 Establishment of DX Promotion Officer and Promotion Department

The CEO will concurrently serve as the DX promotion officer. We gather personnel skilled in digital technology and data utilization to promote DX projects in collaboration with each business division. In the Product Manager Department, which handles our system development support, we work alongside clients and internal/external partners to generate innovative solutions leveraging digital technology and actively promote DX.

3.2 Developing Personnel Needed for DX Promotion

To develop personnel necessary for DX promotion, we provide employees with foundational education on DX to enhance their knowledge and skills. We also actively recruit and assign personnel with a high interest in and aptitude for DX, involving them in DX promotion. Specifically, we conduct education and training for all employees on basic DX knowledge and an overview of digital technology. Additionally, employees particularly suited for DX are transferred or share information, enabling them to acquire practical skills through participation in DX projects.

4. Environment Development Policy

Our company actively promotes the development of an environment conducive to the utilization of digital technology. 5. Achievement Indicators

The achievement indicators for DX promotion are as follows. To evaluate progress, we will continuously assess and provide feedback based on these indicators.

Aim to expand revenue from DX support projects

Indicators: Customer satisfaction, utilization rate of DX support solutions, DX support revenue. Evaluation Methods: Customer surveys and interviews, analysis of DX support solution usage and effectiveness, comparison of digital solution revenue

2. Promote Business Digitalization

Digitize operational content and working hours through the introduction of digital tools and AI, enabling monitoring and evaluation.

Indicators: Operational content utilization rate, reduction in working hours, decrease in system failures. Evaluation Methods: Measurement and comparison of operational content and working hours, analysis of system failure occurrences and causes, assessment of system quality standards and evaluation results

7. Security Measures

Our security measures are as follows

ISMS (Information Security Management System) GIJP-0784-QC/IC ISO/IEC 27001:2022 obtained in May 2024

SECURITY (ACTION Two-Star Declaration) – Declaration of two-star security by publishing the Basic Information Security Policy (established and published in June 2021)

Establish an independent organization responsible for centralized internal and external security measures (handled by the DX Promotion Office)

Conduct security training for employees, part-time staff, and business partners at least once a year

(Plan to conduct training on reviewing the Basic Information Security Policy and acquiring the latest cyber knowledge)
