This project focuses on creating a job site and career support service tailored specifically for taxi drivers, security personnel, and similar roles. Our client faced challenges in managing job information specific to their industry and in coordinating efficiently with multiple recruitment agencies. As a result, communication between recruiting companies and agencies was not as smooth as it needed to be, making it difficult to ensure accurate matching and timely responses to job seekers. This project stems from a shared understanding that a specialized matching system is essential to energize the flow of talent within the industry as a whole.
