Job Description

We seek an ambitious and dedicated Senior Software Engineer to play an active role in our business development initiatives. You will work closely with our team to develop businesses, validate them in the market, and implement improvements with speed and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help ideate and design new business

• Understand product objectives and help achieve them in the best way possible

• Adhere to development best practices and write clean, maintainable, scalable code

• Measure and improve the performance and security of the product

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality

• Contribute to product ideation, design, and development and drive continuous improvement

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate them into the business development process

• Embody our mission and core values, mentor junior engineers, and help create an environment that promotes these values

Required Skills and Experiences

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of success

• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: React, Next.js, Flutter, Go, Python, Node.js

• Basic knowledge of GCP or AWS and ability to accomplish objectives while researching

• Strong knowledge and experience with RESTful APIs (OpenAPI) or GraphQL

• Knowledge and experience in measuring and enhancing program performance

• Extensive knowledge and experience in making products secure

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, understanding of diversity and inclusion

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to change

• Experience with project management
