We seek a highly motivated and experienced salesperson with a strong business development background and IT industry knowledge. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in development or product management and a solid understanding of Design Thinking methodologies. We value collaboration, creativity, and a strong drive to learn and adapt to new things.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and help them achieve their goals
Collaborate with internal teams to provide highly useful proposals to customers
From a sales perspective, develop and lead the implementation of strategies to enhance co-creation and penetration
Facilitate team sales activities by verbally and graphically representing the sales process
Regularly review and continuously improve sales activities
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies and incorporate them into sales strategies and customer relationships
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
Help create an environment that embodies and promotes our mission and core values
3+ years of experience in sales
Extensive knowledge of sales and the ability to appeal in a persuasive manner
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, understanding of diversity and inclusion
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Enthusiasm for learning new skills and adapting to change
Understanding and empathy for our core values (pursuit of customer success, continuous improvement, and repeatability)
Experience in marketing
Experience with project management
Familiarity with Design Thinking
Experience with requirement definition and creating specifications, prototyping
Familiarity with programming
Experience in business development and market validation
