Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in our business development initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure our products' quality, reliability, and performance. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various types of testing, including functional, integration, system, regression, and performance testing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, reproduce, and document defects, ensuring timely resolution of issues

• Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our QA efforts

• Monitor, analyze, and communicate test results, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement

• Participate in product design reviews and provide input on usability, consistency, and potential issues

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our QA process

• Embody our mission and core values and help create an environment that promotes them

Required Skills and Experiences

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a proven track record of success.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Cypress.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, understanding of diversity and inclusion.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to change.
