Job Description

We seek an organized and results-driven Product Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving our business development initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations. Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration by verbally and graphically describing product requirements, objectives, background, indicators, etc.

• Utilize design thinking and other systematic product development methods and approaches to enable teams to participate in business development effectively

• Utilize UX research methods to gain a deep understanding of users and markets, accurately identify needs, and improve product resolution

• Define MVPs, KPIs, and PMF metrics to facilitate strategy formulation and decision-making for execution

• Serve as the primary point of contact with stakeholders and effectively provide updates on progress, issues, and results

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies and incorporate them into product development

• Help create an environment that embodies and promotes our mission and core values

Required Skills and Experiences

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success

• Strong knowledge and experience with Design Thinking methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to change
