We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team and play a critical role in the design and development of our products. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our products. We value collaboration, creativity, and a strong drive to learn and adapt to new things.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for our products, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals
Create personas, journey maps, user stories, process flows, etc. to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve and optimize the user experience continuously
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to maintain consistency and quality across our products
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into our design process
4+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong knowledge of design tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD
Solid understanding of Design Thinking or user-centered design principles and best practices
Experience conducting user research - UX research - and usability testing
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to change

Experience in designing and releasing own business
